Distance Education - Students can enroll in High School Equivalency (GED and Hi SET), ESL, and other courses in an online format using the Internet, workbooks, and videos in a structured program outside the classroom.

English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are available for adult non-native speakers of English who want to improve their English language skills.

For students who want to improve their basic skills in reading, writing and math to be ready for HSE tests preparation.

The GED® tests are made up of four sections, including reasoning through language arts, math, social studies, and science.Morning, afternoon, evening, and online classes are available to adults who lack a high school diploma. Citizenship classes will be held in locations in Lancaster County.Classes are offered in the community and in county prisons. The classes will be differentiated to accommodate students with various levels of English proficiency, and will help students pass mock citizenship interviews and achieve a score of 90% on the written citizenship test.Our primary goal is to provide programs in basic skills development, HSE (High School Equivalency).

In addition we wish to be a bridge to the academic and vocational programs at NMSU Grants and other regional and statewide post secondary programs.Morning, afternoon, and evening classes are available.
